How to care for your WELNA

Let your WELNA knitwear air after each use, resting the garment before wearing it again. This gives the wool's natural elasticity time to recover, allowing it to return to its original shape.

If your knitwear gets wet, dry the garment at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight.

To clean your garment, we recommend choosing a mild, lanolin-containing detergent that's specifically designed for wool. You should use clean, lukewarm water (approximately 30°C).

In the case of slight soiling, spot cleaning is recommended. Dilute a small amount of detergent in water, let foam form and then rub the affected area with a moistened soft sponge.

In the case of more severe dirt, hand washing is recommended. Turn your garment inside-out before submerging it in soapy water. Allow your knitwear to soak for ten minutes before rinsing thoroughly firstly in lukewarm water, then finally in cold water. Gently squeeze out the water by hand – wringing or spin drying may cause damage. Lay the garment flat on a towel at room temperature to dry. Do not iron.
